Gary Blum
President and Chief Creative Officer
 
Prior to founding TLG7, Gary served as chief marketing officer for a leading e-business solutions provider where he developed and executed a wide variety of strategically-integrated traditional and online branding, marketing and communications efforts. He was directly involved in the creative for a wide variety of advertising, sales, marketing and promotional programs for both business-to-business and direct-to-consumer across multiple media channels. Before joining the dot-com world, he was president and creative director at Grey Matter Advertising, where he worked with premier clients such as Time Warner, Time, Roper Starch Worldwide, Discover, Friedman Marketing, Reliance, MBIA, Opinion One, Frontier Insurance and Wise Optical Group. As president and chief creative officer, he offers our clients the benefit of his years of award-winning experience tempered by his appreciation for bottom line results. Gary received a B.A. from Binghamton University.  
 
   
Marne B. Roskin  
Senior Account Executive

It’s this philosophy and Marne’s experience that endeared her to our president and will resonate with you.

Prior to joining TLG7, during Marne's 15+ yr. advertising career, she worked at Grey, and McCann World Wide, on accounts such as P&G, Burberry, Dannon, Lucent Technologies, and ABC television. Leaving the glamour and glitz to satisfy quality of life issues, Marne found herself at Westchester Magazine where she learned how to adapt corporate strategy and big budgets to address the needs of small to mid-size accounts. Marne graduated from George Washington University, with a double major, a B.A. in Mass Communications & Sociology.
   
 
Jean Leddy  
Director of Media
 
As director of media, Jean has a critical role in ensuring that TLG7 recommends the best traditional and online media mix for our clients. Her responsibilities include researching, developing and customizing the most effective campaign strategies for each client. With over 17 years of agency media experience, starting as a list manager and working her way up to vice president group media director at Touchpoint, a leading online media company, Jean has acquired the skills necessary to exceed our clients’ expectations. Prior to joining TLG7, Jean oversaw strategy, purchasing and placement of multiple integrated marketing campaigns utilizing online advertising tools, including banners, e-mail blasts, and pop ups as well as traditional print, broadcast and events. Having spent more than a decade in direct marketing as senior executive in such agencies as OgilvyOne, Draft/FCB, Starcom, MediaVest and MPG, Jean also brings to TLG7 extensive direct response experience as well as her ability to negotiate valuable media at the lowest possible cost using data planning/accountability metrics and results oriented strategies. Jean received a B.A. in communications from the University of Cortland.  
 
   
Gavin Whitney  
CTO
 
Gavin has more than 15 years experience developing web-based solutions and designing data structures, as well as programming advanced e-business portals for companies such as Swiss National Tourist Office, Saucony running shoes, Hershey’s chocolate and Fiserv. He is an expert at ensuring the websites we develop run seamlessly on all browsers and mobile platforms. Starting to write code before most kids could recite the alphabet, only half kidding, the list of software, operating systems, and programming languages he is experienced in reads like a bowl of alphabet soup: C++, PHP, Perl, CGI, HTML, DHTML, Java, Q Basic, Power Basic, ASP, Cold Fusion, Oracle, Sybase, Postgress SQL, MSSQL, MYSQL, using – DOS, UNIX, LINUX … and the list goes on. As acting CTO for TLG7, he works insane hours offsite, usually in his pajamas; Gavin ensures that our clients’ websites are more than pretty, they function beautifully.
